Grasim Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 22, 2014 to September 06, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend @ Rs. 21/- (Rupees Twenty one only) per Equity Share for the year ended March 31, 2014 as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 02, 2014.
