Gravita India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 22, 2014, has discussed and approved the Allotment of 19950 equity shares of the Company @ of Rs. 2/- each to the employees of the Company and its subsidiaries to whom options were granted under Gravita Employees Stock Option Scheme 2011 and in respect of which Company has received the application form along with Application Money from the respective employees.
