Gravita India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2017, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following along with other matters:<BR><BR>- Proposed the Final Dividend @30% amounting to Rs. 0.60/- per share on the equity shares of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2016-17, subject to the approval of shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
