Gruh Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has on August 12, 2015, allotted 1,36,920 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.<BR><BR>Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 72,72,50,160 consisting 36,36,25,080 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
