Gruh Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has on February 23, 2017, allotted 65,596 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.<BR><BR>Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 72,81,37,828 consisting 36,40,68,914 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
