| GSL Nova Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider Voluntary Delisting from The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (GSLNOVA) under chapter III Regulation 6(a) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 without giving exit opportunity to public share holders as the equity shares of the Company would remain listed on recognized Stock Exchange which has nationwide trading terminals. | |
