| GTL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2014, inter-alia to consider:<br/><br/>1. Unaudited Financial Results on standalone basis for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>2. Merger of Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company viz. Ada Cellworks Wireless Engineering Private Limited with the Company, subject to necessary consents from regulators / court / lenders as may be required in this regard.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Companys internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from October 21, 2014 till October 31, 2014 (both days inclusive). | |
