Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 03, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the following agenda items:<br/><br/>- To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2014<br/><br/>Further, the trading window will be closed from October 23, 2014 to November 05, 2014 (both days inclusive) as per Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
