With reference to earlier letter dated February 07, 2017, Gujarat Foils Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company had erroneously quoted the Outcome no.2 as<BR><BR>"Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) 2015, Mr. Prasenjit Datta has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 7th February, 2017."<BR><BR>The Outcome no.2 should read as mentioned below:<BR><BR>"Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) 2015, Mr. Prasenjit Datta has resigned as Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. 7th February, 2017."
