Gujarat Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.50p per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, hence dividend will be paid/ dispatched on October 05, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that the Board has taken on record the resignation of Mr. Arun Pathak, non-executive director effective April 16, 2016.<BR><BR>The Board has appointed Mr. Jagdish Singh as an additional non-executive director effective April 16, 2016. He is not related to any director of the Company. A brief profile of Mr. J Singh is enclosed.
