| Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2015:<BR><BR>The Standalone Results are as follows:<BR><BR>The Audited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2015<BR><BR>The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 2349.595 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs. 1918.360 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 4842.468 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 to Rs. 4464.850 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2015<BR><BR>The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 5003.286 million for the year ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs. 4391.342 million for the year ended March 31, 2014. Total Income has increased from Rs. 14270.458 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 to Rs. 15623.218 million for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The Consolidated Results are as follows:<BR><BR>The Audited Consolidated results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2015<BR><BR>The Group has posted a net profit of Rs. 2349.541 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs. 1917.743 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 4842.511 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 to Rs. 4464.851 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The Audited Consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2015<BR><BR>The Group has posted a net profit of Rs. 5003.244 million for the year ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs. 4390.836 million for the year ended March 31, 2014.
