With reference to the earlier letter dated March 13, 2015 intimating about change in Managing Director of the Company, Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors in their Meeting held on March 31, 2015 approved the appointment of Mr. Keld Pedersen as Managing Director of the Company with effect from May 01, 2015, subject to the shareholders and other statutory approvals, as applicable.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the resignation of Mr. Prakash Tulsiani as Managing Director is effective from March 31, 2015 instead of May 31, 2015 mentioned in earlier letter dated March 13, 2015.
