| Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter ended on December 31, 2014 (Q3).<BR><BR>In view of the ensuing Board Meeting proposed to be held on January 27, 2015 to approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2014, Trading Window shall remain closed from January 19, 2015 to January 29, 2015. The trading window closure is pursuant to Clause 5.1. of the Code of Conduct on Insider Trading Regulations. The Trading Window shall reopen from January 30, 2015. Dealing involving the purchase or sale of the Company shares by the connected person / designated employees of the Company including their relatives during the window closure period is prohibited. | |
