Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:<br/><br/>1. The Board approved appointment of Shri Atanu Chakraborty, lAS as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. November 06, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The Board approved allotment of 55,364 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2010 (ESOP - 2010) consequent to which the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 5,627,657,130 to Rs. 5,628,210,770.
