Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 12, 2015 to May 24, 2015, i.e. 10 days prior to the day on which the price sensitive information is published and 2 days after the price sensitive information is published in terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in Shares of the Company.
