GV Films Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 19, 2014, to consider and take on record the following matters:<br/><br/>1. To convene the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company for the approval of the Scheme of Capital Reduction between the Company and its Shareholders.<br/><br/>2. To finalize the date, venue and time for convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company;<br/><br/>3. To adopt and approve the Notice and Directors Report of the Company along with the Corporate Governance Report for financial year 2013-14.<br/><br/>4. To finalize the dates of Book Closure for the purpose of forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
