GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, through a Circular Resolution has appointed Ms. Santha K John as an additional director (Independent) of the Company for a term of 5 years from March 31, 2015 to March 30, 2020, subject to approval of the shareholders.
