Gyscoal Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended time to time) read with the Companys Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, from May 21, 2015 and shall open 24 hours after said Audited Financial results will become public.
