Gyscoal Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to take note of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, that in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended time to time), the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from May 23, 2016 and shall open 48 hours after the said Audited Financial results will become public, (both days inclusive).
