| H S India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 04, 2014 to September 11, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 11, 2014.<br/><br/>In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, a member may exercise his/her voting right by electronic means (e-voting) in respect of the Resolutions/business set forth in the Notice and the following details are given below;<br/><br/>1. Date of completion of sending of Notices: August 19, 2014<br/><br/>2. Date and time of commencement of voting through e-voting: September 05, 2014 at 09.00 a.m.<br/><br/>3. Date and time of end of voting through e-voting: September 07, 2014 at 06.00 p.m.<br/><br/>4. E-Voting shall not be allowed beyond: 06.00 p.m. on September 07, 2014.<br/><br/>5.
