H S India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, amended till date, and the companys code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 23, 2016 till June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
