H S India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 04, 2014 has:<br/><br/>1. Appointed Mr. Nimish Shah, as an additional Director of the Company;<br/><br/>2. Approved resignation of Mr. Sanjay Mangal and Mr. Manbir Singh Chhabra from the directorship of the Company; and<br/><br/>3. Appointed Mr. Nimish Shah as Member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Shareholders' Grievance Committee of the Company in place of Mr. Sanjay Mangal.
