H S India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window of the Company under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading devised as per the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, amended till date, shall remain closed from November 02, 2014 till November 17, 2014 (both days inclusive).
