With reference to the captioned subject and subject to SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015 and the "Code of Conduct for trading in Listed or proposed to be Listed Securities of Hariyana Ship-Breakers Limited", Please note that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons (as defined in code) with effect from Sunday, October 01, 2023. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Company''s unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2023 become generally available.
