Hasti Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 01, 2016, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors authorized Mr. Nitin Prabhudas Somani, Managing Director of the Company to enter and execute the new Listing Agreement under SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 with Bombay Stock Exchange and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.<BR><BR>2. The Board reviewed the Business operations of the Company.
