Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2016, inter alia, for the following agenda:-<BR><BR>1. to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. to recommend Final Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In this connection, pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (the Code), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed from May 04, 2016, to May 13, 2016, (both days inclusive).
