Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2014, has declared an interim dividend @ 100% i.e. Rs. 5/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each, for the financial year 2013-14.<br/><br/>The Dividend shall be paid /dispatched to the shareholders on or before April 12, 2014.
