Havells India Limited has informed the Exchanges about the issue of Duplicate Shares certificates in case of three folios, where the original certificates were reported lost. In terms of SEBI Circular dtd 25 Jan 2022, the securities will be issued to the investors in demat form only and for that purpose a "Letter of Confirmation" in lieu of physical certificates will be issued to the investor(s).
