Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2015, unanimously approved the proposal to acquire 51% stake in Promptec Renewable Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore based company engaged in marketing and manufacturing of LED products including street lighting, office lighting and Solar lighting.<BR><BR>In this regard the Company has issued a copy of Press Release dated April 20, 2015 titled "Board of Havells India approves the acquisition of Majority Stake in LED & Solar Lighting Solutions Company"
