Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2017, inter alia, has decided to recommend a Dividend @ Rs. 3.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2016-17.<BR><BR>The Dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, shall be paid) dispatched to the shareholders on or before 30 days from the date of AGM.
