| Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that out of the 77,032 Shares granted on July 15, 2014 to the eligible employees in terms of Part B - Havells Employees Stock Purchase Plan 2014 of the Havells Employees Long Term Incentive Plan 2014, which was earlier intimated to the Stock Exchanges vide Companys letter dated July 18, 2014, 76,856 shares have been exercised by the eligible employees during the exercise period. | |
