Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2015, has consented to appoint Link Intime India Private Limited having its registered office at C-13, Pannalal Silk Mills Compound, LBS Marg, Bhandup (West), Mumbai 400078, as the new RTA (Registrars and Share Transfer Agents) of the Company in place of MCS Limited, existing RTA.<BR><BR>The appointment shall be subject to completion of required formalities in this regard until which time the existing RTA of the Company i.e. MCS Limited shall continue to provide share registry service to shareholders of the Company.
