Hawkins Cookers Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Prevent Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window will be closed from October 01, 2014, to November 12, 2014, both days inclusive, for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company and/or their dependents, for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2014. Accordingly, all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to deal in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
