| HB Estate Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives from May 09, 2016 to May 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016. | |
