| HB STOCKHOLDINGS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the last quarter & financial year ended on 31st March, 2024 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024. Further to our Notice dated 27th March, 2024, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of HB Stockholdings Limited ('the Company') shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives until 19th May, 2024 i.e. 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the last quarter & financial year ended on 31st March, 2024 and recommendation of the dividend, if any, for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2024. | |
