This is further to our letter dated May 11, 2017, wherein we have intimated you the Record Date of May 25, 2017 for the payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2017-18. In this regard, we would like to inform you that aforesaid Record Date of May 25, 2017 shall also be the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders of the Company for the purpose of buyback of equity shares by the Company, subject to approval of the Buyback by the shareholders through postal Ballot and other regulatory approvals.
