HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 04, 2015 to July 21, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 21, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Bank inform that the electronic credit / dispatch of the dividend warrants would commence from July 23, 2015 and is expected to be completed by July 30, 2015.
