Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Bank have, at their meeting held on 14th March, 2017, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Paresh Sukthankar as Deputy Managing Director of the Bank for the period from 13th June, 2017 to 12th June, 2020 and the re-appointment of Mr. Kaizad Bharucha as Executive Director of the Bank for the period from 13th June, 2017 to 12th June, 2020. The re-appointments as above, are subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank of India and the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
