| With reference to the earlier letter dated May 18, 2016, regarding Board Meeting to be held May 30, 2016 at 5.15 pm at the registered office for consideration of Audited financial results and recommendation of dividend, if any, Hercules Hoists Ltd has now informed BSE that the Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 are at preparation stage due to complexities arising out of the first time closing of accounts in the new ERP system implemented in 2015-16.<BR><BR>Therefore, the Board will consider the Audited financial results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend dividend, if any for the said period, in their Board Meeting to be held on June 14, 2016 at 4.00 PM. at registered office of the Company at Bajaj Bhavan, 226, Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021. The Trading window shall be opened 48 hours after the audited financial results are made public. | |
