As a follow-up to the press release titled "HMCL Americas, Inc. Enters Into "Settlement Agreement" to Acquire EBR's Consulting Business", which was informed to the stock exchange on July 28, 2015, Hero MotoCorp Ltd has Clarified to BSE that the Receiver has informed that the motion seeking inter alia approval of the Settlement Agreement could not be filed with the Circuit Court on July 27, 2015 (as per USA timing). Accordingly, the Company has slightly revised the press release to reflect the above factual position and also certain minor non-substantive edits. The amended press release is herewith submitted for your reference, records and onwards action.<BR><BR>The capitalized terms used here but not defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the attached Press Release.
