Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 05, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following :<br/><br/>1. Appointed Mr. Pawan Munjal as Vice Chairman of the Company in addition to Managing Director and CEO w.e.f. August 05, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Considered and approved the following matters subject to the consent of members to be taken through Postal Ballot as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules thereof:<br/><br/>a) Increase in the investment limits of Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) from 40% to 49%; and<br/><br/>b) Approval of Employees Incentive Scheme 2014.
