With reference to the earlier letter dated April 28, 2016 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 06, 2016, to consider, approve and to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Hikal Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on May 06, 2016, the Board will also consider the declaration / recommendation of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2016.
