Hilton Metal Forging Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Adoption of Insider Trading Policy :<BR><BR>The Board of Directors has adopted the Code of Insider Trading Policy containing Code of Conduct for Insiders and Practices & Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information as required under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Chief Financial Officer :<BR><BR>The Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Rohit Pandey as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with immediate effect.
