| Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 17, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>As per Clause 2 of the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" in Shares of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code from October 10, 2014 to October 16, 2014 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above announcements. The trading window will reopen on October 20, 2014. | |
