Pursuant to Reg. 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg., 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 26.08.2017 to inter-alia consider: i)To consider and approve raising of funds by issue of Equity Shares, GDR/ ADR /Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds/ Foreign Currency Exchangeable Bonds/ fully convertible debentures/partly convertible debentures/preference shares convertible into Equity Shares, and/or any other financial instruments or any other security convertible into Equity Shares (including warrants, or otherwise, in registered or bearer form), combination of any of the aforementioned securities by way of one or more public/and or private offerings, Qualified Institutional Placement and/or on preferential allotment basis or any combination thereof or any other method as may be permitted under applicable laws subject to such approvals of shareholders in the ensuing AGM or such other approvals as may be required.
