| Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Annual Audited Standalone as well as Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The Board will consider the declaration of second interim dividend on Cumulative Redeemable Preference shares (CRPS) for financial year 2014-2015.<BR><BR>As per Clause 2 of the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" in Shares of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code from May 11, 2015 to May 17, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above announcements. The trading window will reopen on May 21, 2015. | |
