Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 03, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>As per Clause 5 of the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading in securities by Insiders, the trading window will remain closed for specified persons covered under the Code from July 27, 2015 to August 05, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above announcements. The trading window will reopen on August 06, 2015.
