| Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the IDBl Bank Limited ('lDBI") vide its letter dated October 29, 2014 has withdrawn the nomination of Shri. S G Nadkarni from the Board of Company and in his place appointed Shri. Rajiv Sharma, General Manager, CBG, IDBI Bank Limited, Indian Red Cross Society Building, 1, Red Cross Road, New Delhi-110001 as its Nominee Director. In view of above, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Rajiv Sharma as Nominee Director of the IDBI Bank Limited In place of Mr. S G Nadkarni w.e.f. November 17, 2014. | |
