Approved re-appointment of Mr. Shyam Sundar Choudhary, as Whole time Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. April 01, 2015, subject to approval of shareholders;<BR><BR>- Re-appointment of Managing Director<BR><BR>2. Approved re-appointment of Mr. Bankey Lal Choudhary, as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. April 01, 2016, subject to approval of shareholders.
