Himalaya Granites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, that the Trading Window is closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect on February 06, 2017 and will be reopened on February 16, 2017 after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on February 14, 2017.
